Dr. Farrukh Tasnim Shah is an internationally renowned Consultant Hematologist at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi, bringing a quarter-century of distinguished clinical practice and research leadership from the UK National Health Service (NHS) and University College London Hospitals.

She earned her MBBS, MRCP, FRCPath, and Doctor of Medicine (DM) from University College London. Dr. Shah has chaired international guidelines on iron chelation, hemoglobinopathy transition, and innovative gene therapy trials for thalassemia and sickle cell disease.
