Dr. Ibrahim Abu-Gheida

Dr. Ibrahim Husni Moh'D Abu Gheida is the Clinical Director of Radiation Oncology at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi, with 11 years of international clinical practice and research in high-precision radiotherapy and radiosurgical oncology.

He completed medical school and residency at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), followed by an Advanced Radiation Oncology Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and specialized training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Abu-Gheida represents the RSNA committee for the Middle East.

• Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) for brain and spine lesions
• Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) for breast cancer
• Advanced image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) for prostate and gastrointestinal malignancies
• Multidisciplinary oncological case reviews, national radiation protocols, and clinical trials leadership
