Dr. Wael Ismail Madkour is a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with subspecialty expertise in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (IVF) at Orchid Fertility Clinic, Dubai Healthcare City. Bringing more than 28 years of clinical and academic distinction across Egypt, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, he has served in premier medical directorship and regulatory inspection roles.

Dr. Madkour completed his medical graduation and MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Ain Shams University, Egypt, subsequently earning full Professorship. He achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) in the UK and completed advanced fellowship training in Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART/IVF) at the renowned Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Scotland.
