Dr. Ronald Karnik is a well-renowned and experienced Interventional Cardiologist in Austria with an experience of more than 46 years.
His therapeutic interests include interventions in the coronary, peripheral, and cerebral veins, acute intervention to cerebrovascular and cardiac emergencies, and intensive care of cerebral emergencies.
Dr. Ronald completed his MD from the University of Vienna in 1976 and is also the founding member of the Interventional Team Confraternity (ITC) Vienna.
He contributed to the field of medical science by publishing more than 90 research and review articles in national and international journals. His primary focus is on cerebral hemodynamics.
Dr. Ronald is also a fellow of the Scientific Council of the International College of Angiology.
