- Dr. Timothy Lee is a renowned Neurosurgeon with nearly four decades of clinical and surgical expertise.
- He specializes in diagnosing and treating brain tumors, stroke, pediatric tumors, and spine problems, including lower back and neck pain.
- In 1981, he completed his basic medical degree with honors in both medicine and surgery from the University of Melbourne.
- Afterward, he pursued his general surgical training in Singapore and achieved his FRCS, in Edinburgh.
- In 1987, he joined faculty staff at the National University of Singapore.
- In 1990, he completed his neurosurgical training at Oxford.
- After returning to Singapore, he founded the Division of Neurosurgery at the National University Hospital (NUH).
- He has more than 100 papers published in journals.
- He is a former member of the International Advisory Panel for the World Congress of Minimal Invasive Neurosurgery. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the journal, International Surgery.
