• Sachsenhausen Hospital was established in the year 1968 in Frankfurt, Germany; however, it has a rich history of 125 years where Prof. Dr. Carl von Noorden, a world-renowned expert in metabolic diseases, and Dr. Eduard Lampe founded the first diabetes clinic by the name of Sachsenhausen and grew it from there.
