A 2-Year-Old Fiji Boy Successfully Treated With Osteotomy in India

One such medical camp was organized in Fiji in 2022, where the parents of Shivaan consulted orthopedic experts from India. Shivaan Lingam is a 2-year-old boy born with a congenital bone defect. He had pain and a right lower limb deformity and could not put weight on the affected leg. The experts explained to them the disorder and the treatment plan.

The surgery was successfully performed at BLK Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi. There were no complications post-surgery, and the patient was discharged within 5 days in stable condition.
