Medical Camp in Cameroon with Fortis and Nova

• Investigations required for IVF patients are: for males: semen analysis, and for females: AMH, Ultrasound TVS, HSG (If available), and Hormonal reports (If available).
• The investigations should be done before the doctor arrives. It can be done at any hospital on the first day of the camp. 

Orthopedic and Neurosurgery camp will be held on 19 and 20 July on Espace Médical Yimdjo Monique Sarl, Enface du Collège de la salle, Akwa, Douala and 21 and 22 July on Polyclinique Médico Chirurgicale de la Cité, Derrière CNPS, Centre ville, rue de cerle municipal, Yaoundé. The camp timings on 19 July will be 9AM - 6 PM, 20 July 9AM - 4PM, and 21 & 22 July 9AM - 6 PM.

Dr. Puneet Mishra is a renowned Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with 18 years of experience. He is an additional director in Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi.  

Dr. Rahul Gupta will take care of the Neurosurgery camp. He has 18+ years of experience in his field. He is also an additional director in Fortis Hospital, Noida. The consultation fee for the camp will be 10,000 CFA (USD 16).

• Investigations required for neurosurgery patients are brain MRI and investigations required for orthopedic and spine patients are X-Ray and MRI.
• A patient relations team member will also be there to assist the patients. If the investigations take time, the patient can contact the Vaidam team in Cameroon or in India for any support such as video consultation with doctors, opinion on investigations done, any other medical questions, etc.
• The patients can also connect to similar patients from Cameroon whom these doctors have helped before.
• If the patient can be treated with medications, they will be counseled according during the camp. But, if they need any surgery or treatment, they will be suggested to travel to India.
