37 years old Vincent Kariuki started having nasal congestion and headache 2 years ago. Little did he know that these symptoms may be due to cancerous growth. When these symptoms did not go away with regular medication regime. He was advised to get a radiological examination. The reports revealed that he had a muscle lump at the skull base and under the tongue. Also, the mediastinal nodes were swollen. Later, he had two biopsies which could not reveal much about these lumps. Vincent was worried and suspected of having cancer. Getting a medical eVisa to India

The patient was received by a team member from the airport and dropped to the hotel. His appointment was booked with the doctor. The doctor had a detailed conversation with the patient and took a medical history asking about any past medical illness or related family history. This was followed by a clinical examination after which he was sent for further investigations. To his surprise, the reports came negative for any cancerous lesion. This was good news. Some other tests suggested that he need rheumatological consultation. Therefore, he was referred to Dr. Vishal Kaura, a senior rheumatologist at BLK. After making a diagnosis, he prescribed the patient, medication regime.
