Vaidam Health has received two recognitions at SANJEEVANI 2026 – Heal in India, acknowledging its contribution to India's Medical Value Travel (MVT) ecosystem.
The recognitions are:
- MVT Facilitator of the Year (Established)
- Excellence in New Market Development for MVT

Presented at SANJEEVANI 2026, the two honours recognise distinct aspects of Vaidam Health's work: its established role in facilitating international patient journeys and its efforts to expand India's Medical Value Travel reach into new markets.
MVT Facilitator of the Year (Established)
The MVT Facilitator of the Year (Established) recognition reflects Vaidam Health's role in helping international patients navigate healthcare options in India.
For an international patient, seeking treatment abroad involves decisions that extend beyond choosing a doctor or hospital. Understanding treatment options, obtaining medical opinions, comparing hospitals, estimating costs, arranging consultations, and coordinating appointments can all form part of the journey.
Vaidam Health facilitates this process by connecting patients with relevant doctors and hospitals and supporting them through key stages of their healthcare journey through its medical travel services.
The scale of this work is reflected in Vaidam's current reach. The organisation has assisted 100,000+ international patients and connects patients from 140+ countries with a network of 17,000+ experienced doctors. Vaidam also provides support in 11+ languages, enabling communication with patients from diverse regions.
The recognition acknowledges Vaidam's established presence in this ecosystem and its role in making cross-border healthcare access more organised and accessible for international patients.
Excellence in New Market Development for MVT
The Excellence in New Market Development for MVT recognition acknowledges Vaidam Health's efforts to expand India's Medical Value Travel ecosystem across international markets.
A key part of this work is Vaidam's international medical camp programme, which brings specialists from leading Indian hospitals closer to patients in their home countries. Vaidam has conducted 200+ medical camps across 12 countries and 20 cities, covering specialities including oncology, cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, urology, IVF, spine care, and organ transplantation.

Beyond camps, Vaidam works with hospital partners through co-branded information centres, CMEs, video consultations and telemedicine, creating additional channels for international patients to connect with Indian healthcare providers.
These initiatives help patients access specialist consultations, seek second opinions, explore treatment options and, where required, plan further care in India. The recognition reflects Vaidam's efforts to build sustained healthcare connections in new markets and extend India's medical expertise beyond its borders.
SANJEEVANI 2026 – Heal in India
SANJEEVANI 2026 – Heal in India brought together stakeholders from India's healthcare and Medical Value Travel ecosystem to discuss opportunities for strengthening India's position in international healthcare.
The event was organised by the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) with support from the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
Vaidam Health was represented at the event by Pankaj Chandna, Co-Founder, Vaidam Health.

The recognition of Vaidam at SANJEEVANI 2026 comes at a time when India's Medical Value Travel ecosystem is expanding its international engagement and strengthening connections between healthcare providers and patients from across the world.
Two Recognitions Reflecting One Larger Role
While the two recognitions focus on different areas, together they reflect Vaidam Health's broader role in Medical Value Travel.
MVT Facilitator of the Year (Established) recognises the facilitation work through which international patients connect with healthcare providers and receive support navigating treatment in India.
Excellence in New Market Development for MVT recognises the efforts to build new international connections and extend the reach of India's healthcare capabilities to emerging markets.
The distinction between the two is significant. One reflects depth of experience within the MVT ecosystem, while the other reflects continued expansion into new markets.
Together, they represent the breadth of Vaidam Health's work in connecting international patients with India's healthcare system.
Building on the Recognition
With patients from 140+ countries and more than 100,000 international patients assisted, Vaidam Health has developed an extensive international patient network. Its network of 17,000+ experienced doctors further supports its role in connecting patients with specialised medical expertise.
The two SANJEEVANI 2026 recognitions add formal recognition to two important dimensions of this work.
As India's Medical Value Travel ecosystem continues to evolve, Vaidam Health remains focused on strengthening international healthcare connections, improving access to relevant medical expertise, and supporting patients as they navigate treatment across borders.
The two recognitions at SANJEEVANI 2026 mark an important acknowledgement of Vaidam Health's contribution to Medical Value Travel, both as an established facilitator and as a participant in developing new international markets.
