About Dr. Tan Poh Kok
- Dr. Tan Poh Kok is a senior obstetrician and gynecologist having more than 31 years of expertise.
- Services provided by him includes incontinence, uro-gynecology, such as post-natal (post pregnancy) or post-menopausal and womb prolapse and female urinary incontinence.
- Dr. Tan earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the National University of Singapore in 1991. (MBBS). In 1998, he earned a post-graduate degree from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in the United Kingdom. Dr. Tan then received Specialist Accreditation from the Singapore Medical Council and Ministry of Health in 2001.
- Senior Consultant Dr. Tan worked at Singapore General Hospital's Obstetrics & Gynecology Department (SGH). Dr. Tan has a special interest in the field of uro-gynecology, a subspecialty dealing with female pelvic floor disorders like post-natal (post-pregnancy) or post-menopausal womb prolapse and female urinary incontinence, in addition to offering care for pregnant women and general gynaecological services (involuntary urinary leakage).

Prior to starting his own practise, Dr. Tan worked as a clinical lecturer at the National University of Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Since 2003, he has served as the examiner for the MBBS Obstetrics and Gynecology Exams at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
