After completing graduation in 2001, Dr. Sawalmeh studied at the, Crimean 'S. Georgijevsky' Medical Institute, Simferopol. He also holds a qualification from the Jordan Board Of General Surgery.
Dr. Sawalmeh is a leading general surgeon with expertise to perform, sleeve gastrectomy, cholecystectomy and biliary duct surgeries, gastric bypass, laparotomy, appendectomy, perforated DU repair, hemorrhoidectomy, anal fissure, anal fistula and pilonidal sinus. He is also known to perform open and laparoscopic surgeries such as, bariatric surgeries, laparoscopic appendectomy, explorative laparotomies, Hartmann’s procedure, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, bowel resection and anastomosis and other minor surgeries.
He has been a part of the gastro-surgical oncology team and has worked on the creation of workflows and protocols to deliver excellent patient services.
