Not only that, we welcome to initiate direct conversation between the treating doctor and the referring authority. You can get in touch with the treating doctor anytime before the start of the treatment, during the treatment process or once your patient returns to your care after finishing the treatment.

How does it works?

Once you fill our enquiry form expressing your interest to refer to us, we assign a dedicated manager from our Partnership and Alliances team. This partner manager will be your dedicated point of contact for all your future referrals to Vaidam. We also have a dedicated partner portal – “Connect” whereby you can refer all cases directly from there. You will also have an opportunity to email all your referrals to hello@vaidam.com.

What are our services for your patients?

We have medically trained experts working in Vaidam who will collect medical history, reports from your patients and share the medical opinion and cost estimates from treating doctors in patients preferred destination.

Once the patient chooses the doctor for themselves, our team assists with travel logistics – Visa application, airport transfers, hotels, money exchange etc.
